Welcome to Melbourne Cocktail Towers, where elegance meets celebration. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking and Payment:

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total invoice amount is required to secure your booking.

Full payment of the remaining balance must be received before the event date.

Prices are inclusive of GST unless otherwise specified.
2. Cancellation and Refunds:

Cancellations made less than [90 Days] prior to the event date may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Refunds are not provided for cancellations made within 90 days of the event date.
3. Service Details:

Melbourne Cocktail Towers will provide [details of services provided, e.g., Sparkling Wine towers, alcohol tower selection].

The client agrees to provide accurate event details and any specific requirements in advance.
4. Glass Breakage or Loss:

The client agrees to pay Melbourne Cocktail Towers a fee of $10 per glass that is broken or lost during the event.
5. Liability:

Melbourne Cocktail Towers is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during the event.

The client assumes responsibility for the conduct of their guests and any damage caused to Melbourne Cocktaile Towers' property.
6. Alcohol Service: (RSA CERTIFIED)

Melbourne CocktailTowers adheres to responsible service of alcohol practices.

Guests must be of legal drinking age (18 years or older) to consume alcoholic beverages.

Melbourne Cocktail Towers reserves the right to refuse service to intoxicated individuals.
7. Changes and Amendments:

Any changes or amendments to the booking must be communicated in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
8. Force Majeure:

Melbourne CocktailTowers is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.
9. Privacy Policy:

Melbourne CocktailTowers respects your privacy and adheres to relevant privacy laws. Personal information collected will only be used for the purpose of providing our services.
10. Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to seek mediation or arbitration.
